healthme application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) is provided by HEALTH ME MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we”) to provide services related to providing products to users on the application or website, use of the application, or the user’s website is subject to these terms and conditions. Therefore, users should study the terms and conditions of this agreement. And or any other terms and conditions that we provide on the application or website in detail before using; However, accessing the application or website shall be deemed that the user accepts and agrees to abide by all such terms and conditions. 1. Scope of responsibility of the service provider

1.5 The service provider has a duty to facilitate the purchase of goods or services. Therefore, the users can contact for more information. However, if you have committed a breach of these terms and conditions, we may reserve the right not to serve you.
1.6 The Company may change the price without prior notice. However, we will inform the user of the net price before the payment process.
2. Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Or if you purchase by using QR Code payment, refunds may take thirty (30) days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3. Condition for top-up service of healthme credit
The users of the healthme application cannot convert the healthme credit to cash, with effect from 1 July 2022 onwards.
4. Privacy Policy
Please consult the Privacy Policy of Health Me Medical Technology Co., Ltd. So that you can understand our privacy practices.
5. Intellectual Property
All information and content on the application or website, including its design and components. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, keypad images, images, sound clips, data gathering, and software. It also includes the collection and management of that information. All these are the company’s intellectual property. Unless stated that it is from another source. You may not copy, download or modify any part or all of the application or website.
6. Limited exercise of rights
You cannot bring or use the application or website in a wrong way and you cannot commit or encourage the commission of a criminal offence, transfer or publish other content on the application or website with a malicious nature, technologically dangerous breach of secrecy, or trying to make an impact on work. If such a violation occurs, the company will report violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities and there will be legal action.
7. Agreement to change terms and conditions
The company may change the policy, terms, and conditions of service without prior notice. And the user shall accept the terms and conditions of the company that have been changed. In addition, if you continue to access the service on the application or website after changing the new terms and conditions that the company has set, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
You agree that some of the information contained in the application or website, such as text is written or made by third parties or users of the application or some unrelated websites and is beyond the control of the company. The company does not have any liability caused by such content or messages whether it is damaged, litigation, claim, or any act of infringement, civilly or criminally computer malpractice, or any liability legally affecting the device, or any computer property, right, or property related to you or any third party. 10. Governing Law
If any dispute arises from the provision of our services due to the application or website, you and we agree to resolve the disputes under Thai law. Using any services on the application or this website shall constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the application or website. Your use of the services after any amendments to the terms and conditions of our application or website in the future means you agree to the terms and conditions of our application or website where such amendments have been made.

แอปพลิเคชัน healthme (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “แอปพลิเคชัน”) ถูกจัดทำขึ้นโดย บริษัท เฮลท์มี เมดิคอล เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “เรา”) เพื่อให้บริการเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการสินค้าแก่ผู้ใช้งานบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ การใช้แอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ของผู้ใช้บริการจะอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้ ดังนั้นผู้ใช้บริการจึงควรศึกษาเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ และหรือเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงอื่นใดที่เราได้แจ้งให้ทราบบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์โดยละเอียดก่อนการเข้าใช้งาน ทั้งนี้การเข้าใช้แอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ให้ถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงดังกล่าวทั้งหมด หากผู้ใช้บริการไม่ประสงค์ที่จะผูกพันตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง ขอความกรุณาผู้ใช้บริการยุติการเข้าชมและใช้แอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ 1 มิถุนายน 2564

- การคืนสินค้า
การคืนสินค้าต้องส่งคืนภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า (ยึดวันที่ประทับตราขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ) สินค้าที่คืนจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ใหม่ และอยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่เปิดเคยใช้งาน พร้อมทั้งมีป้ายราคาและฉลากสินค้าติดอยู่
- ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
หากท่านต้องการคืนสินค้า โปรดติดต่อแผนกลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ [email protected] เพื่อขอหมายเลขอนุมัติการคืนสินค้า หลังจากได้รับหมายเลขอนุมัติการคืนสินค้าแล้ว ให้ท่านนำสินค้าบรรจุในหีบห่อดั้งเดิมอย่างปลอดภัย พร้อมทั้งแนบหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าด้วย โดยท่านสามารถส่งคืนได้ตามที่อยู่ดังนี้

- การคืนเงิน
หลังจากได้รับสินค้าที่ท่านต้องการคืนและตรวจสอบสภาพของสินค้าของท่าน เราจะทำการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการคืนสินค้า ซึ่งจะใช้เวลาอย่างน้อย 7 วันในการได้รับสินค้าของท่านและทำการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการคืนสินค้า การคืนเงินอาจใช้เวลา 1-2 รอบบิล ปรากฏในรายการบัตรเครดิตของท่าน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารที่ท่านใช้บัตรเครดิต หรือหากท่านชำระเงินด้วยรหัสคิวอาร์ การคืนเงินอาจใช้เวลาอย่างน้อย 30 วัน เราจะส่งอีเมล์หาท่านเมื่อการคืนสินค้าของท่านถูกดำเนินการ
- ข้อยกเว้น
สินค้าดังต่อไปนี้ไม่สามารถส่งคืนได้
สินค้าที่เสียหาย ไม่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
สำหรับสินค้ามีตำหนิ ท่านสามารถติดต่อตามด้านล่างเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน healthme ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง healthme credit เป็นเงินสดได้ โดยมีผลบังคับใช้ 1 กรกฎาคม 2565 เป็นต้นไป
- นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
โปรดศึกษานโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท เฮลท์มี เมดิคอล เทคโนโลยี จำกัดเพื่อท่านจะได้เข้าใจแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ
- ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ข้อมูลและเนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ รวมถึงการออกแบบและส่วนประกอบ รวมทั้งไม่จำกัดเฉพาะเครื่องหมายการค้า โลโก้ เครื่องหมายการบริการ ข้อความ กราฟฟิก โลโก้ รูปภาพปุ่มกด รูปภาพ คลิปเสียง การรวบรวมข้อมูลและซอฟท์แวร์ รวมทั้งการรวบรวมและการจัดการข้อมูลนั้น ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัทฯ เว้นแต่จะระบุว่ามาจากแหล่งอื่น ท่านไม่สามารถทำการลอกเลียนแบบ ดาวน์โหลด หรือดัดแปลงไม่ว่าส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมดของแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้
- การให้ใช้สิทธิอย่างจำกัด
ท่านไม่สามารถนำแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ไปใช้ในทางที่ผิด และท่านไม่สามารถกระทำหรือส่งเสริมให้มีการกระทำความผิดทางอาญา โอนถ่ายหรือเผยแพร่ เนื้อหาอื่น ๆ บนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ที่มีลักษณะประสงค์ร้าย เป็นอันตรายทางเทคโนโลยี ละเมิดความลับ หรือพยายามที่จะสร้างผลกระทบต่อการทำงาน ในกรณีที่การละเมิดดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้น บริษัทฯจะรายงานการละเมิดไปยังหน่วยงานที่บังคับใช้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจะมีการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย
- ข้อตกลงในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ
บริษัทอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ในการให้บริการได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และผู้ใช้บริการต้องยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆของบริษัทฯที่ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง นอกจากนี้หากท่านยังคงเข้าใช้บริการบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์หลังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขใหม่ต่าง ๆ ที่ทางบริษัทฯได้กำหนดไว้ จะถือว่าท่านได้ยินยอมเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว
- การจำกัดความรับผิด
ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่าข้อมูลบางส่วนที่ปรากฏในแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ข้อความดังกล่าวเป็นข้อความที่เขียนหรือทำขึ้นโดย บุคคลภายนอกหรือผู้ใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์บางส่วนซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้อง และอยู่เหนือความควบคุมของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯไม่มีความรับผิดใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากเนื้อหาหรือข้อความดังกล่าว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความเสียหายการฟ้องร้อง เรียกร้อง หรือการกระทำละเมิดใด ๆ ไม่ว่าในทางแพ่งหรือทางอาญา ความผิดทางคอมพิวเตอร์หรือความรับผิดใด ๆ ในทางกฎหมายซึ่งมีผลกระทบต่ออุปกรณ์ คอมพิวเตอร์ทรัพย์สิน สิทธิหรือ ทรัพย์สินใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่านหรือบุคคลภายนอก ไม่ว่าจะโดยความผูกพันตามสัญญา ละเมิด ความรับผิดทางอาญา หรือโดยประการอื่น ข้อยกเว้นความรับผิดของเราดังกล่าวนี้ให้รวมไปถึงความผิดพลาดจากการให้บริการข้อมูล บทความ รับส่งข้อมูล หรือการกระทำการใด ๆ ของเรา พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของเรา ผู้ให้บริการร่วมหรือผู้ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตอื่น ๆ
- ข้อปฏิเสธความรับผิด
เนื้อหาบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ถูกนำเสนอ “ตามที่เป็นอยู่จริง” บริษัทฯไม่รับประกันหรือรับรองเนื้อหาประเภทใด ในเรื่องใดทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งและโดยนัยในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข หรือเนื้อหาอื่น ๆ บนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ส่วนอื่นใด นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯจะไม่รับผิดชอบและไม่ต้องรับผิดใด ๆ ต่อความเสียหายที่ อ้างว่าเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และหากมีการอ้างอิงถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใด บริษัทฯ ขอปฏิเสธอย่างชัดแจ้งไม่ให้การรับรองหรือการรับประกันการอ้างอิงนั้น การรับรองใด ๆ ที่อาจมีขึ้น ต้องออกเป็นหนังสือโดยบริษัทเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ควรตระหนักไว้ด้วยว่าการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นเรื่องที่กำลังมีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน เนื้อหาหลายประการในที่นี่อาจล้าสมัยหรือไม่เหมาะสมในหลายสถานการณ์เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป รายการอ้างอิงบนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือสูญหายไปได้เมื่อเวลาที่ท่านได้ใช้แอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้
นอกจากนี้ท่านตกลงว่า โดยถึงระดับสูงสุดที่อนุญาตโดยกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ บริษัทฯจะไม่รับผิดชอบหรือรับผิด ไม่ว่าต่อสัญญา การละเมิด ตลอดจนการประมาท หรืออื่น ๆ ภายใต้สถานการณ์ใด ๆ สำหรับกรณี ดังนี้ (ก) การรบกวนการดำเนินกิจการ (ข) ความล่าช้าในการเข้าชม หรือการรบกวนต่อการเข้าสู่แอปพลิเคชัน (ค) การไม่นำส่งข้อมูล การส่งผิด การคอร์รัปชั่น การทำลาย หรือการดัดแปลงอื่น ๆ (ง) การสูญหาย หรือความเสียหายประเภทใด ๆ ซึ่งเป็นผลจากการติดต่อกับ หรือการเชื่อมโยงไปยังแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ภายนอกบริษัทฯ (จ) ไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ การล่มของระบบ หรือการทำงานที่ผิดปกติซึ่งอาจเกิดจากการใช้แอปพลิเคชันหรือเว็บไซต์นี้ของท่าน รวมทั้งระหว่างไฮเปอร์ลิงค์ไปยังและจากเว็บไซต์ภายนอก (ฉ) ความคลาดเคลื่อนใด ๆ หรือการลบทิ้งเนื้อเรื่องใด ๆ (ช) เหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควรของบริษัทฯ
- กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
หากเกิดข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการให้บริการของเรา อันเนื่องมาจากแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ท่านและเราตกลงใช้กฎหมายไทยในการระงับข้อพิพาท การใช้บริการใด ๆ บนแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ของท่าน ถือเป็นการตกลงและยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ และการที่ท่านใช้บริการภายหลังจากการมีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์นี้ของเราในอนาคตย่อมถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเว็บไซต์ของเราที่ได้มีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว
